While an internship is no guarantee of permanent
employment at Boom Truck Financing, since the program's inception, we have offered permanent
jobs to more than 35 percent of our interns. Promising candidates may be
referred for positions with Boom Truck Financing clients or other business contacts, and
outstanding interns receive letters of recommendation that can promote future
career development.
Located in Northbrook, Illinois, an upscale
Chicago suburb, Boom Truck Finacing is only minutes from key retail and recreational
resources and within easy reach (by car or train) of Chicago's outstanding
cultural institutions.
Boom Truck Financing internships are available during three terms each year: Winter
(approximately January 1-April 30); Summer (approximately May 1 through August
15); or Fall (approximately August 16 through December 31). Hours may be full
time or part-time, and overtime may be required, depending on the season.
Boom Truck Financing internships are open to majors at all levels. Interns must
provide their own transportation, have daily access to a vehicle and carry
automobile insurance.
Boom Truck Financing offers competitive internship compensation. In addition to the
monetary stipend, Boom Truck Financing also provides housing to those interns who do not reside
in the Chicago area.
